Exceptional Needs Dental Services (ENDS) provides mobile and hospital-based dental care to special needs patients living throughout western Oregon.

Exceptional Needs Dental Services

Dr. Foutz provides dental services throughout Southern Oregon hospitals through the Exceptional Needs Dental Services (ENDS) program. It is an Oregon-based program that provides dental care for individuals with special needs. For more than 20 years, the program has been improving the dental care of seniors and people with disabilities across Oregon. Dr. Foutz is honored to be the primary provider for this group in Southern Oregon.

About Exceptional Needs Dentistry

The Exceptional Needs Dental Services program began in 1995, and serves those who are otherwise unable to obtain care in a traditional office setting. ENDS now serves patients in over 600 group homes, foster care, and long term care facilities.

Services covered by ENDS

The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) includes coverage for basic dental services through ENDS. For more information about dental services covered, you can visit the OHP services program website.

Referrals

Oregon Health Plan members must contact their participating dental care organization directly to receive a referral into the ENDS program. Non-OHP patients in need of dental care should contact the ENDS administrative office directly.
