Our Dental Plan
The Foutz Family Dental Plan is an annual dental savings plan, allowing non-insured individuals and families to receive quality dental care at a discounted price. This in-office plan is NOT dental insurance but an alternative for our patients who want excellent dental health coverage without the barriers associated with traditional dental insurance. By eliminating the middle-man and reducing administrative costs, we can offer the Foutz Family Dental Plan to patients for a very affordable annual membership fee.
Annual Services
- 2 Dental Exams per year
- Yearly X-rays (including a Panoramic scan as needed)
- 2 Standard dental cleanings per year
- 2 Fluoride treatments per year
- 1 Limited (emergency) exam during normal business hours per year
