Andrea, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist

Raised in the Rogue Valley, Andrea graduated top of her class from Lane Community College. She has devoted 15 years to creating beautiful smiles and building strong relationships with her patients. Andrea loves dentistry because it helps people stay healthy and feel good about themselves. She strives to ensure our patients are always comfortable and 100% informed during their visit. Andrea can often be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their two dogs, or riding her horse with her friends.

Donna, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist

Donna was raised on a small farm in Alabama. She attained her degree in dental hygiene from Pensacola State College where she lived and worked for 8 years. Later she worked as a hygienist for 26 years on the Central Coast of California, while raising a daughter and twin sons. She has 3 grandchildren that she adores. Donna has a gift for being relatable and truly cares for her patients. During her free time, she likes to hike, enjoy fly fishing and rafting, with her husband and their Golden Retriever Gracie.

Shannon, EFDA

Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Shannon was born and raised in the Rogue Valley. She’s been a dental assistant for about 14 years and interacting with her patients is what she loves most about her job. Outside the office, Shannon enjoys outdoor adventures with her fiancé, Ryan and their 2 dogs, Stassi and Maya. When she’s home, she pays extra attention to her cat Ginger who gets jealous of missing the action!

Lanee

Financial Coordinator

Lanee moved to Medford when she married in 1994. She worked in a medical office until she had her first son and was a stay at home mom until her second son was almost two. Dr. Foutz is the third dentist she has worked for here in this office and has seen some amazing changes through the years. Lanee will use her insurance expertise to help you maximize your benefits. In her spare time, she enjoys board games, reading, puzzles, rafting, and spending time relaxing with her amazing husband and two wonderful sons.

Jenny

Scheduling Coordinator

Jenny has a gift for really seeing people—and you’ll feel that the moment you speak with her. Jenny enjoys a great book and spending time snuggling with her cute cats. She has many years of experience in the dental field and works hard to make sure everyone feels well taken care of.

Heather

Office Manager

Heather is happiest when she is helping other people. She enjoys sharing the things she’s learned with others to make their lives better. Heather has over 20 years of office and management experience and prides herself on being both kind and efficient. She is glad to be a part of the warm and inviting team at Foutz Family Dental. When they’re not working at the office, Heather enjoys sneaking away for a date night with her husband, reading a good book, exercising, practicing yoga, and spending time with their three children.
