Andrea, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist

Raised in the Rogue Valley, Andrea graduated top of her class from Lane Community College. She has devoted 15 years to creating beautiful smiles and building strong relationships with her patients. Andrea loves dentistry because it helps people stay healthy and feel good about themselves. She strives to ensure our patients are always comfortable and 100% informed during their visit. Andrea can often be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their two dogs, or riding her horse with her friends.

Shannon, EFDA

Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Shannon was born and raised in the Rogue Valley. She’s been a dental assistant for about 19 years. What Shannon enjoys most about being a dental assistant is meeting new people and making every experience as comfortable as possible. Outside the office, Shannon enjoys the outdoors with her 3 dogs. She enjoys hanging out with her close friends and family. Has enjoyed getting back into shape and pushing herself by doing hard things and getting stronger.

Yani, EFDA

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Yani was born in Mexico and raised in the rogue valley. She has lived here since she was a year old (or for 27 years) and really enjoys the outdoors and scenery of the valley. She has been in dentistry for several years. She has a calm and gentle demeanor and is passionate about supporting people. Her favorite part about her job is helping people restore their smile and confidence. In her free time, she can be found dancing and hiking or at the gym.

Lanee

Financial Coordinator

Lanee moved to Medford when she married in 1994. She worked in a medical office until she had her first son and was a stay at home mom until her second son was almost two. Dr. Foutz is the third dentist she has worked for here in this office and has seen some amazing changes through the years. Lanee will use her insurance expertise to help you maximize your benefits. In her spare time, she enjoys board games, reading, puzzles, rafting, and spending time relaxing with her amazing husband and two wonderful sons.

Cande

Scheduling Coordinator

Cande is the friendly voice behind the phone and the welcoming smile that helps keep our schedule running smoothly. As Scheduling Coordinator, she ensures every patient finds an appointment that fits their needs while keeping the office organized and efficient. With a passion for helping others and a strong attention to detail, Cande makes it easy for patients to feel at home from the very first call. Outside of work, Cande enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Heather

Office Manager

Heather is happiest when she is helping other people. She enjoys sharing the things she’s learned with others to make their lives better. Heather has over 20 years of office and management experience and prides herself on being both kind and efficient. She is glad to be a part of the warm and inviting team at Foutz Family Dental. When they’re not working at the office, Heather enjoys sneaking away for a date night with her husband, reading a good book, exercising, practicing yoga, and spending time with their three children.
